Acupuncture After The Apocalypse

About Never Coming Back

I lied about never coming back, you know. When you hear someone say that, it’s always a lie, trust me.

When you care about someone, you can’t stay away. Besides, I live only two houses away from Dr. Cohen. Avoidance is challenging in the most committed of circumstances, and it’s more difficult when the person you’re evading brings you donuts and a cool new little notebook to write in and a container of homemade yogurt. Oh, and a pie filled with serviceberries and cherries, which I suspect Jenna might have baked and intended for him to eat, but okay.
